Ecoclean’s EcoCcompact Offers Small Footprint, Plug-and-Play Solvent Cleaning

Ecoclean’sEcoCcompact is a compact plug-and-play system for efficient solventcleaningand preservation. This series of machines contain large-batch capacity, improved washing mechanics and wash fluid reconditioning as well as energy-optimized system technology. The machine accomplishes cleaning tasks (ranging from precleaning and intermediate cleaning to final cleaning and preservation) in a fast, needs-based manner.

The small footprint and flexible changeover between hydrocarbons and modified alcohols are also said to contribute to its economic efficiency and future-proof concept of the cleaning system. The EcoCcompact system requires floorspace of 3,200 × 1,600 × 2,450 mm, which is said to enable users to switch easily between hydrocarbons and modified alcohols (semipolar solvents) during ongoing operation without any conversion work.

The EcoCcompact’s energy-optimized system technology makes the machine even more economically efficient, the company says. The second and third flood tanks are warmed by heat recovered from the distillation process, which enables a significant reduction in energy consumption.
