Mazak Establishes New Distribution Partnerships

The company says the makeup of new and existing Mazak distributors is designed to maintain a balanced model of direct sales and distribution in North America focused on providing outstanding customer service and support.

Mazakhas created new distribution partnerships in northern Ohio, Virginia, southern West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Effective June 1,HEH GroupsubsidiaryMotch & Eichelewill provide sales and service support for Mazak customers in northern Ohio, while HEH Group subsidiaryCrotts & Saunderswill be responsible for the Carolinas, southern West Virginia and Virginia.

Long-time distributorsPremier EngineeringandPinnacle Machine Toolswill continue to serve customers in the Southeast Region, with Premier providing support to customers in Georgia, while Pinnacle provides support to customers in Alabama and Tennessee.

With these changes, Mazak says it is continuing its commitment to maintaining a balanced model of direct sales and distribution in North America. In doing so, the company says it is partnering with only the best distributors, reflecting a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement, ongoing excellence and dedication to customers.

According to company President Dan Janka, these changes are designed to offer a balanced approach to match the pace of Mazak innovation in terms of production requirements and increased customer demand. This approach is also designed to optimize core competencies in various areas, ensuring customers have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, the HEH Group is a family of four companies formed to provide manufacturing solutions to the industry. With the combined strengths and resources of each of its subsidiary companies, the HEH Group offers a variety of products and services that Mazak says will keep its customers competitive in their markets.

The HEH Group says it has formed a technical team to support Mazak users with rapid service and repair deployed from each distributor’s territory. Its technicians are Mazak trained and certified to deliver dependable service, the company says.
